Designing and implementing your dream system is a very detailed and delicate process. If you aren't careful to take into consideration every possible solution available to you, you can waste valuable time and money and what should be an exciting process can become very frustrating. This is where our Digital Architects come in.

Our Digital Architects will jump right in from the beginning meeting with your builder and/or architect to make sure every detail is covered. They will also be intricately involved throughout every step of the installation process coordinating with your builder and subcontractors to ensure a timely finish of your new home from wiring to moving in.

1. Planning

The process begins with proper planning. Our Digital Architects will educate you on all of the latest product solutions helping you to get a better understanding of what can be done in your new home and assist you in developing a budget. Do you want to the ability to control all of your lighting, HVAC, audio & video distribution, security, etc.? Did you know that all of these formally separate systems can now be integrated into one system? This is when you and your Digital Architect will discuss all of the possibilities and help you prioritize these options.

2. Design

Once you and your Digital Architect have created a "Wish List", they will begin to design a system that will incorporate all of those ideas. This design will not only assist you in selecting the products for your system, but will illustrate where the equipment can be stored and how the system will be controlled. The design stage of the process will help you in developing a budget for your new system and make sure that your fully understand what your system is capable of.

3. Revision

Once your Digital Architect has designed a system based on your "Wish List" they can help you refine and/or revise your system to further meet your needs or your budget. Let's face it, we can't all have everything we want right away, which is why we call it a "Wish List". Some systems are simply too costly to purchase and install all at one time. However, it is important for you to know that you will have a system that is able to grow as you grow. The Revision stage of the process will allow everyone involved to move forward knowing exactly what you are getting and what is involved.

4. Implementation

Once you and your Digital Architect have agreed on the system that fits your budget and meets your needs we will begin to install the system. Since the Digital Architect has been involved with your builder and/or architect from the start, many of the problems that may be encountered have already been addressed. If a situation does arise more often than not an alternative has already been discussed. This saves you money and frustration and ensures that the project is completed on time.

5. Finalize

Once your system has been installed, networked, and configured the final phase such as custom trim, special requirements, and approved cabinetry can be completed, providing you with a seamlessly integrated system.

6. Service

Once your system is completely functional and aesthetically pleasing your Digital Architect will follow up with an appointment in your home taking the time needed to educate you on operating your system and answering any other questions you have. This probably won't be the last time you talk to your Digital Architect either. Remember having spent so much time working with you during your project you will have developed a personal relationship that will last for years to come. Should you ever have any questions about your system or new products entering the industry, your Digital Architect will be there to answer all your questions and meet all of your needs.

7. Maintenance

Due to the fact that all of the products that make up your system are man-made, issues will arise from time to time. Not to worry, simply call up your Digital Architect and they are on the case. We will schedule a service call as soon as possible to take care of the problem. Your total satisfaction is our top priority. We intend to keep you as a loyal customer and will be there to assist you for years to come.
